PERUVIAN CUISINE CONSOLIDATED IN THE LIST OF THE 50 BEST RESTAURANTS IN LATIN AMERICA
Peruvian cuisine consolidates its leadership in our region through the list of the 50 Best Restaurants in Latin America 2016, which was revealed last night in Mexico City, and in which Peru has nine restaurants as their representatives, two of ellosen the first places: Central, ranking one and Maido, in the second position.

Virgilio Martinez also said he was overjoyed with the announcement of Maido as the second best restaurant in Latin America and highlighted their position Astrid & Gaston Acurio; La Mar, Andres Rodriguez; Osso, Renzo Garibaldi; Rafael, Rafel Osterling; Party, Hector Solis; Malabar, Pedro Miguel Schiaffino; and Isolina, José del Castillo.
Peru the country occupying the most prominent places in the list produced by the British magazine Restaurant -based on the opinions of chefs, restaurateurs, critics and journalists specializing in gastronomy – a recognition of the firm commitment Peruvian cuisine for more a decade, and the intense promotional work between the public and private sector.
