RESTAURANT “LA PASCANA”
In 1990 we came up with the idea of building an exclusive restaurant in SICUANI, by the Vilcanota River. Finally, in September 25 1992, LA PASCANA RESTAURANT opened its doors, conquering little by little the palates of both Peruvians and foreigners and therefore turning into a popular place amongst tourists, who then became our best publicist overseas.
From that moment forward, LA PASCANA RESTAURANT became a synonym of good LOCAL AND REGIONAL GASTRONOMY, having been in its kitchen the most important chefs in the region, who provided the specialties that you can now find in our menu.
The travelers are received by our, professionally trained in customer service, personnel in our warm premises formed by several rooms but having at the same time a great flexibility that allows a simultaneous attention to private, corporate, or institutional reservations, as well as, family or personal celebrations, birthday parties and so on. Our restaurant specializes in buffet kind of lunches, serving the dishes that best represent the Peruvian cuisine, so our visitors may enjoy a salad-bar with fresh vegetables, starters, soups or creams, garnishes and strong dishes with meat and chicken as well as vegetarian dishes, hot beverages and the most tasty desserts.
BROAD AND COZY ENVIRONMENT
Our restaurant’s installations have been designed, in a green way in order to preserve the harmony with nature. We have broad rooms with capacity to serve 300 customers, as well as terrace to allow customers to have a lunch in open air, gardens and big areas with natural grass. The restaurant is located by the Vilcanota River which allows us to have a natural waterfall. Our customers may take pictures in that waterfall or with our pets (llamas and alpacas). Moreover, while you enjoy your meal you will be able to enjoy a live music show.
